I'm also pretty new to LoL, and I would really suggest, at this point, to get Garen. He is one of the most-banned champions in this game, and is extremely powerful (some may say OP) However, he is only 3150 IP and is affordable at maybe lv10 after getting tier 1 runes. Here is my beginner-friendly and simple guide to Garen: + Show Spoiler + Guide is probably suitable for lv 1~21 In the beginning laning phase, you want to last hit as much as possible. OR You can simply camp in the bush, and wait for the newbie to come check the bushes with his face. You will then press Q, click on him. Then press E (your spin2win button) and chase after them. Basic build I think is open with doran's shield/boots + health pots Then build mercury treads, 2 sunfire capes, negatron cloaks (or items that builds from it) If you're successful, you will be nearly invincible late game, and you can spend the rest of the game spinning around in the middle of the teamfight while taking no damage. Just a newbie's mini-guide. | ||

That's an entirely different story. wat else is he gonna play, afaik solo ranked queue is faster than unranked, esp since most ppl of yiruru's unranked elo have moved to playing exclusively to playing ranked. Normals are fine for us plebs, kus we dont have to wait for an hour for a game edit: @ fakesteve, tristana, zilean, kayle and nunu are the easiest heroes of the freebies this week. Trist and kayle are solo 'i farm for long time' ranged carries, nunu is a support/tank and zilean is support/caster edit2: o and kat is pretty noob friendly, just gotta be aware of good times to ult, not really sure how to describe her tho, i guess she's a caster | ||
