I don't even know why they would change Atma's. It certainly isn't a bad item. Hard to tell if it is OP, but that would be the only reason to change it imo. Just from the stats it certainly is not weak. 800 for 50 AD at 2500 HP total is cheap, and Armor/HP aren't exactly bad stats. | ||

Atmas is for HP mountains that suddenly realise that they have no offense. It´s incredibly cheap AD, the best source IF you have above average HP. However these champs usually don´t take advantage of crit. | ||

There have been numerous times with Teemo where I realized I would have survived overextending if I had just used my passive instead of failing at running away, with that change his passive would be ridiculously fast. Not to mention that you're now infinitely stronger while you're running away since you can store 3 mushrooms on the fly for kiting purposes. I'll probably start playing Teemo unranked again to try out the changes, I used to like him a lot. | ||
