IE + LW + BR is the most optimal against Sunfire Tanks. End with Thirster + GA.
Not sure why you had trouble with Garen on your game though, MF is like the easiest counter cause you can outrun Garen, and just hit him with Liz when he turns back.

i mean shit, im open for new ideas and stuff but i literally spent the last days dying to the same shit over and over again, trying everything. definitely cannot outrun garen with MF.

if he keeps chasing you, that's your teams problem. u guy's team comp is really bad for MF, chasing heroes like Nid and Udyr will just keep the enemy squishies away from you and you wont be able to ult anything

Well that's why ideally we run Galio/Sona but you started playing other stuff so we swapped MF for Kayle np~
Anyways the top-end Garens run Flash/Ghost so it's a bit tricky "outrunning" Garen because once he hits you you're not outrunning him anymore ;p

When we're running Kayle something like Amumu/Vlad/Garen in that order, although if I'm Kassadin Garen's ban priority goes down (he's pretty ineffective vs Kass).
When we're running multi-AoE something like Amumu (unless we have first pick, then we dare them to let us have Amumu) Janna Morg with some nods to Xin GP Vlad.

Fundamentally BR+LW is bad because that combination pays for Armorpen yet doesn´t utilise it - the point of BR, the Magic damage doesn´t get anything out of LWs passive.
So in that speciffic scenario IE+LW is better than BR+LW but not because BR is a bad item but because BR and LW don´t synergise but IE+LW do.

Just played a normal game where our lase player to pick a champion says "should I be Scion Mord or Malphite" (yes he spelled Sion wrong) "you should be Sion, since we need CC and a tank"
<our WW switches to Shaco and locks in>
<our "tank" picks WW and immediately locks in>
We have a shaco and a WW with neither in the jungle.
Shaco lanes with me (Sona) and I ask him why he didn't buy potions "I don't need them I'll be getting kills because I didn't take JitB" He proceeds to die twice and then go into the jungle, leaving me to solo lane against Amumu and Mundo (That's not going to end well)
So eventually we get an opportunity to do Baron and agree to push inner mid tower and claim the inhibitor then walk top and kill that inhib, as top's inhibitor tower was already down. Seems like a good plan and after baron we all go mid. Unsurprisingly, a teamfight breaks out and we get rolled, then I notice that WW used the teamfight as a diversion to run top and take the inhibitor. Of course if he was there we would have won the fight since we were winning all the teamfights prior.
It all goes downhill from there and when I start trying to explain to our shaco that he can't kill their amumu 1v1 because he has three sunfires and he is building a physical shaco and I get this response:
"You can't talk to me until you're positive" (I'm 8/12/16)
"I'm playing a support hero, I don't get many killing blows, besides 24 > 12 so I am positive"
"You're positive huh? By that logic we're all positive and we're still losing so you just made yourself sound retarded" (We're currently aced and are about to lose our third inhib)

That's why i have a love hate relationship with Lol love the game but can't play too long because of all the retarded people.
It makes me fear for the future of humanity.

I'm so hit and miss with Yi. Sometimes I'll have a good team and we'll run them over 22-4 and other times we'll just get stomped so hard that we straight up can't win even after i backdoor an inhib at 20 mins =/. I don't feel comfortable diving with yi because 2 tower hits and he dies and donates double buff so its hard to gank in premades because everything is always pushed to the tower or it's kayle who has ult + w to escape any gank ever. Sorry about that game guys it's my fault, I couldn't get kills for you and then Akali just killed all of us at once.
