Also, anyone who is stuck using a shitty xbox controller, a generic 25$ madcatz xbox wired controller has a more PS3 style dpad and is 100x better for fighting games than the craptastic regular 360 pads. I can't seem to remember my gamertag atm >.> PRETTY sure it's BelialX84 on live...

Strongest level 3 in the game and holy cow is it fast compared to versions of it in other games. Throw it out at mid range and by the time you realize you did the command right your enemy is already down XD

Sentinel can really dominate the ground. His low B is balls easy to hit confirm into S and like 500k combos that are associated with the S... and it has armor. This leads to sentinel really dominating the ground game, if you want to start an attack series from the ground start with 2x A chains if your character can or simply attack from the air. Then he has lasers, high and low C are lasers you can cancel high into low (not reversed)... You can special cancel both on whiff. Now the standing laser will hit your average jump so it's the natural progression once you start using jumps to neutralize the low B. Medium characters can crouch under high lasers and small can crouch under low lasers. This will greatly diminish his zoning because you can force the projectile to whiff and then fire one of your own. He can still rocket punch through some projectiles, so it's character dependent. One thing you CAN do with most every character is punish him with a projectile super. As long as you're out of range of the rocket punch if his laser whiffs to crouching it's free projectile hyper. So with Trish or Dante for example Sentinel needs to use high C to zone out air dashes, but once you force that you can punish him with supers. Also you can X Factor the block stun of a rocket punch and hit him with whatever you want... The X Factor can be used in many ways like a 3S parry to nullify block stun and get free damage. Another thing to note is if you have a super that starts with invincibility and goes into an animation (like dante lvl3) you can X Factor and hit someone in the middle of nonsense. So you can be blocking something from a point with doom assist throwing rocks at you and be in a situation where you shouldn't be able to do anything but block, but you can break the block stun and level them into a super with animation.

Then get pushed back and have to go through the mouth lazers again. Currently playing "all random" for my team picks. I usually get in on him through the air and do stuff to out projectile him from afar, like jump with storm above the laser height and typhoon at him. most chars can rush him down hard, just a slip up can get you killed haha. Might want to stop playing all random though if you want to increase your success rate =P also for char unlocks just leave training mode on all night

Is there something I can do to reduce or stop this? i think (not know, just a guess) player a is hosting a ranked match while in training mode player b hits quick match to find a ranked game player c hits quick match to find a ranked game player a and b connect to each other player c trys to join player a's game, but its now gone and gets "failed to join" or the thing with sf4, where a lot of people just couldnt connect to a lot of people. internet services being shitty or something, but thats more of the "couldnt connect to" kinda message i think reduce it by hosting games instead, use training mode while you wait too, nothing bad about it
