Saw some mentions of TF recently. If you are playing TF, leveling pick a card first is a disaster. By level 6, mid TF skills should be 3/1/1/1. Then you level like this (if you go Attack speed) - 3/1/4/2. If you go AP, you obviously go 5/5/1/2.

Janna: the sad underappeciated champion.

I really feel for you janna's. carrying a team to victory only to be victimized by your one mistake overshadowing all your victories and triumphs. Occasionally someone will notice their hp somehow not drop to nothing and miraculously live and connect it with you popping a shield and pay a small compliment, like: "wow thx janna", easing the pain momentarily-perhaps these moments are what make it all worthwhile .But the majority of the time you will be largely unnoticed, even ridiculed so often that you are numbed from these insults and shrug it off as something acceptable; even commonplace.

BUT I INTRODUCE A SOLUTION= SALVATION TO ALL THE JANNAS

okay so i just saw a janna flash ulti - splitting our team in half, with 2 people actually being knocked INTO the enemy dps , in the meanwhile everyone else who isnt getting slaughtered is fucking confused and scattered and in this confusion actually focus janna while she escapes with a shield and proceeds to get our entire team ACED, when we were soo far ahead from the laning phase.

we still won, but it was pretty epic

Flash Ult is good but I still prefer Cleanse/Ghost on Janna.

Man I used to rag on Amumu and HoG so much, but he's actually really fun :x It feels... different, being able to kill people, while still tanking, even if his tanking power is kinda meh.

we still won, but it was pretty epic

idk everytime i solo queue and get a decent janna i get really excited. at my elo they make the game much more exciting(read: slaughter). i got to lane with one pre patch and god damn did her tornado thingy have ridiculous aoe.

For me, it was actually with Cho'Gath that I carried a team. Went 8/0/12 that game, got to 20 mejai stacks and 15 + leviathan stacks. And why the hell is this mediocre excuse of a tank Cho guide more higly rated? I guess people just can't wrap their minds around Cho'Gath being anything but a tank, despite the fact that there are far better tanks. Altough Cho'Gath is the most fun (and intimidating) tank by far.

Only problem was, that while I could take quite a few hits, I wasn't really an optimal tank. Being afraid of dying, and thus losing quite some stacks, didn't exactly remedy that problem.

Now the MFing Cho'Gath on the other hand, has little fear of dying, especially with the new feast buff. Last night, in a TL game, the enemy always focussed me first in team fights, for some weird reason. Not that I minded, since I was built completely for tanking, but still. Why focus the big ball of HP when you have four far more squishy targets to choose from? Altough it could have something to do with the constant rupture harass I put on their Zilean and Ammumu, eventually resulting in Teemo switching with Zilean near the end of the laning phase. The poor suckers were tower hugging and being denied last hits all the time.

Cho's effect as a tank is directly proportional to the intelligence of your enemies.

If they're smart, you'll feel pretty useless and you have to carefully tread the line between damage and death.

If they're stupid you'll feel like MFing Cho'Gath OMNOMNOMNOMNOM.
