What i heard is that the vendor will sell different gears to different characters who opened it, and the uniques are expensive, expect 40k+ per piece if you are above lvl50.

What I am going to do is i will post here when i opened the portal so please save up your gold from now on
I am in NG+ and I will probably afk my char for a few hours (the vendor won't go away if i keep the sell window opens) so people can join the game.

Dunno what exactly you're talking about but if it says something like 30% of weapon DPS then that means every hit will do 30% of weapon DPS. Chances are it's shooting way faster than your autoattack would be
