Everywhere but the US and Canada is IP-blocked. You'd have to get around that. Pretty sure that's the message you get when you're blocked.

ditsy side raped me. I dont remember him being so hard last time i fought. I got kinda close then but jesus i couldnt even touch him this time. This guy just rushes u down like nothing. I cant outrun his tornado kick cus he has movement speed. His so good at zoning. Never comes in a dangerous angle. Its like 100% impossible lol. And when he activates super armor u cant really do anything.

oh and he uses the HP set switching thing.
If you notice in korean leagues people will get hit and then their hp will go back up or soemthing. This is cus they start out with gear that gives HP bonus, then after they get hit a couple times they switch to some other gear with better mods. This just lowers the HP max, so it looks like ur healing.
