Loton can disassemble items to produce colored fragments, and I'd recommend disassembling any items that are colored blue and magenta if you don't think they're worth keeping. sometimes you'll get a 100+ fragments of a certain color I randomly got 126 clear cubes from disassembling a green item yesterday. It seems random to me whether or not you'd get a number that high, because it wasn't my first time disassembling a green.

I've disassembled about 20 things and I've never once got more than 1 coloured cube at once.

good thing i didnt have money after i got mine to +7. If i did i would have kept going T_T probably ending up with +0 lol
i had to go out of town today cus something came up. I had like 1/4 of my fatigue left booo. I probably wont even be able to play tomorrow. This is why fatigue is gay. Makes it feel like such a big deal to miss out on a day -_-

Yeah I'm glad I ran out of money after I got to +7 too Otherwise I would've listened to you and gotten reset to +0 ;;; edit: also at least this means I can finally catch up edit2: actually technically you were right in that it doesn't break til +10, but I'd rather not go more broke than I already am

Tried this out, first played a mage and thought the game was boring. Then played the melee sword guy, and after the initial tutorial levels the game becomes totally badass.

Mages definitely suck prior to class change... then all the fun starts as they get all their asplosions.

I played one of the melee classes first, then tried out Gunner...
Man, game is pretty boring with the pewpewpew of Gunner, and my fingers hurt from hitting the firing key lol. Going back to my original class.

2 man Outer Temple Wall King's gives such nice XP and it's really easy lol
guessing all the level 30+ characters have been soloing or duoing king's runs for whatever dungeon gives them the best XP

yeah it's level 27
everything is melee except for these slow moving cannons that get interrupted on hit and they rarely fire anyways
only tricky mob is a priest because he has some melee attack that is deceptively long and can't be interrupted (I think)
the bosses are basically just purple versions of a melee mob

Sounds like something that'll punish me but not fast-attacking characters.
Gawd pvp witches are a pain to level.
Next character I make will have loads of farming ability >: (
By the way, if you solo Floating Castle, you usually get like 3-5 weightless stones, which trade in 10 for 20/20/50 of colour/colour/colourless cube fragments from Lotos. This on top of any items (for disassembly) you might get, and it's also a good place for exp/money if you can solo at least expert (masters elementals too hard for me). It's gotten me fairly close to finishing that cube quest and I've still got a few runs to go till level 27.

lvl 10. does the game get more fun soon?

get to level 18 for your sub class, then decide. the amount of fun you're having probably depends on the strength of your character. I can't comment on other classes but from my experience, early level mage is very weak and early level gunner seems pretty strong.
I don't know what character class you're playing with, but I have a Spitfire Gunner & Elementalist Mage.
I'd say the Elementalist Mage is more fun just because I have a greater variety of things I can possibly choose to do. With the Spitfire Gunner, I'm mostly spamming the attack button and sometimes using skills like buffs, grenades, windmill, crossmore, etc, whereas with the Mage, I only use skills to do damage and only use the attack button to pickup items or break inanimate objects.

Game actually gets a little challenging around level 23

So I finally finished Albert's cube-collecting quest. He basically teaches you one skill from every other subtree but the Fighters' choices seems pretty useless to me :/
|
this might be a dumb question, but you can only have 6 skills with you at a certain time?
|
If you go to options theres something that allows you to open the F keys
and you can just press a movement with Z if you know what it is
|
also, where do you turn cube fragments into actual cubes
