I've solo'd the floating castle boss so many times... if it weren't for Flyswatter and Death Powder it'd actually be impossible for me hahah.

Dragonoid if you are a melee fighter you just leave it to the gunners or be smart about fighting him

Otherwise not that hard

He always does the lightning attack when he gets up, a lot of dum people like grapplers throw him into a bunch of people causing deaths

I have not seen that happen (never partied with a fighter/priest during dragonoid) but I would totally love to see it.

I find the Dragonoid boss extremely easily for a Fighter/Grappler. I just do my normal combo, muse uppercut, fling up, suplex, run away from electricity and repeat.

Taking advantage of boss AI is pretty fun. I saw an Elementalist solo the eyes on kings yesterday by charging Florae Circle under an eye and making it hit while still being out of range of the eyes' attacks. Took a while but it worked.

castellian is really simple. Same concept as vestibule exept this time he doesnt fall down. One combo and backstep before he swings his attack then move up diagonally a bit.

Im friends with this gunner named Limited. His like the best gunner ive partied with. Me and him make a sick duo. We clear Castellan king and Floating kings so fast its not even funny. We just run to the back of the dungeon pulling all the mobs and just kill them all together.

I think I might be able to solo kings Vest now because I have Swatter, but before I simply lacked the damage output -_-

easy to say when your best move isnt a grabbing atk(castellan cant be grabbed obviously)

remember we faced in pvp..after you saw that i have like 2 moves its easy to beat me lol. crusaders are ownage later though just a pain atm. can only solo vest king

OMG welcome to the club. For the longest time all I could do was try to use uppercut and black manteau against everything.

Still trying to get used to trusting my broom to land hits against slayers and bmages >_<

Also my "combo" consists of 3 broom hits, where only the third and biggest locks attacks, and the 3 hits takes about 3-4 seconds to unload). The other is an aerial that can land like 6 hits but it only works if 1) your launching hits strikes 2) the enemy can be launched at all. Absolutely useless against Castellan/the Vesti boss.

From my experience with Golem/Floating Castle, I find ungrab-able boss monsters pretty easy as a grappler. Instead of throwing them, grapplers do like a palm-thrust that breaks their super armor and stuns them (long enough for another throw skill's cooldown to finish) for a bit so a party can basically kill a boss without giving it a chance to attack at all.

What I hate is when that stuff misses, though :/ I can break superarmor with my uppercut but it almost feels like 30% of the time it whiffs in king's mode and I take damage... which then proceeds to add up.

Edit:
Maybe you can palm-thrust and run when it misses. I uppercut and get hit by their downswing. Stupid attack motion...

did anyone finish Albert's Term 6? It requires assloads of cubes. You need 1000 clear cubes and 200 of each other cubes. I mean jesus this quest better be worth it for that much investment. The reward is only gold at this point but if there is a stat item or sp reward at the end of the quest line i guess i gota do it. -_- ;;

the clear cubes are easy to get, but i cant imagine getting 200 of the other cubes..

58 blue and 154(~!) black for me. I don't get what decides what cubes you get when you disassemble, I'll either get one coloured cube from an item or a hundred. ;/

have you been "Disassembling" wearable items? Loton can disassemble items to produce colored fragments, and I'd recommend disassembling any items that are colored blue and magenta if you don't think they're worth keeping. sometimes you'll get a 100+ fragments of a certain color
