I'm kind of looking forward to the new fighter, as I like fighting games
But if the movement is like soku, I will be really disappointed Only reason I like IaMP over the others is because of that sole reason. You move fluidly and thus your controls seems more well controllable Soku had like weird lag inputs on startup and end of airdashes where you can't do anything I know there are other complaints like weather and stuff (which I don't like too much anyways) but I haven't played it enough to complain more about it
As long as the movement is fine, even if the game is not as good as IaMP, and there are people playing, I would definitely mash some
there's some weird stuff that happened between iamp and soku - namely how A/B/C are committed to a certain type of attack (melee, weak bullet, strong bullet, etc.) in soku but not in iamp
and that just confuses the shit out of me whenever I try to switch
(also it doesn't help that yuyuko's inputs for specials are essentially reversed between games)
so if they don't do that, I think I'll be happy and still play it
as for soku - weather is dumb; card system is interesting but maybe dumb; netcode is definitely dumb
Whenever I'm at a friend's place with actual internet connection, there is almost never lag when playing between the members of TL_Soku. As for the weather, most people have strategies/playstyle in different weather. It is also possible to manipulate weather to call 5 typhoons in a row, but that's advanced tactics stuff.
Also TK J2a in soku is fucking impossible on kb, qq

Also it doesn't really matter how good you are. I'm sure that not that many people are actually that good at the game. You'll probably fit in just fine.
Haha, I thought you would have at least joined. Again it wouldn't really matter how good you were at the game. You're probably better than you think you are. Also, you'd be able to watch someone else's replays (Like JSH if he would join) and see how you compare against him. It's all in good fun.
