Yeah i think he was a little bit too confident in game 3, not that it mattered in the end
Agree about game 3. He could finish TaeJa of sooner. But the outcome is the most important, wich is the win. Zest is best! PvP against Dear would be interesting. How could is Dear in this matchup? Havent seen him as much as of Zest obvsi
Dear is quite good at PvP. He just sometimes gets overconfident and derps (both games he played against herO on Tuesday). Dear is one of the few players who've beaten Zest in Proleague.

Well usually Zest's PvP was always his best matchup, the game Dear won was also a big throw by Zest tbh. I am quite confident that Zest has this one as well, 4:1 i would say
1: he got overconfident, 2: he was experimenting, trying to see how much you can do without going to late game compositions, 3: he took those engagements deliberately even when they were cost inefficient because he wanted to starve Taeja.

I think there was 5 in the big group with the army, not sure if more joined in later though.

All he had to do was not fly his warp prism to its death 3 times and he would have won minutes earlier. He only lost engagements because he had no reinforcement point.

Well 5 were with the army and 2 were behind base spotting drops haha (unless I mixed them all up )

Or he could have simply not engaged. I'm still wondering why he did it. Maybe option 4: he wasn't playing so seriously at that point is the answer

I think it's something like that. He was straight up fighting pure rauders with his stalkers several times. I guess he knew that Taejas economy was a wreck so any trade was ok, but I can't think he was 100% in try hard mode when he was taking those fights.
I think he was not playing at his absolute best (losing warp prisms) and still quite happy to trade armies (even inefficientl) just because his income was way superior. It worked out even if he could have won before that.

I saw an interesting idea: maybe Zest want to fool Taeja, and make him consider the 5OBs were 5DTs >_<

I don't think that is the case :D He just was a bit sloppy there^^
It has been like a year since he last got to a semi-finals in a Premier League, he better win it all this time. Also I watched the series, it was so cleanly executed that I feel bad for TaeJa
