A wild tournament I've never heard of appears!

Scarlett's playing in the (Wiki)2018 Hangzhou StarCraft Carnival in *some time soon. Other players include Cloudy, TIME, Innovation, Rogue... Neeb... Interesting. Playoffs are in a day and a half-ish if she makes it through.

*Chinese stream (apparently) over here (whenever it's on...), no English stream for this one afaik.
