Pffft. I barely listen to casters' analysis of play any more, especially on the Protoss side. Partly because it is their job to hype the game, and telling the audience that PvZ is broken and Protoss barely has a chance wouldn't be very good for their job. Partly because they constantly put down players like MC and have their own prejudices and biases. Partly because they plain miss things on the map a lot, like MC's play vs Idra in MLG - Tasteosis completely missed most of the mindgames MC was playing in that series.
Lmao Wolf's bias in particular against MC is ridiculous since he's a protoss so almost every build he does was created or refined by MC. I remember some casters criticizing him in AOL I think it was on Crossfire because he kept moving all his stalkers up and down to deal with the mutas, saying that he should split them up and he was just amoving his entire army, except there were enough mutas to kill all his stalkers if he didnt send all of them. I barely ever listen to casters nowadays, though Tastosis at least are good. Khaldor also seems pretty knowledgeable.

I was there live at the event and from what I observed Sen was pretty much on top of things. His overlord spread was excellent which allowed him to scout everything MC was doing. He also knew when MC was expanding and expanded in turn. Not sure what MC could have done, maybe deny the overlords earlier?
Also seeing MC in the flesh was quite exciting for me as a fan. It was something I didn't think possible.

I'll quote myself from another thread:
On October 23 2011 01:09 SeaSwift wrote: The reason his PvP has fallen since before is not because of the downhill of the aggressive 4gate - while he was quite good at it, he hardly ever did it in tournaments. In fact, he won more tourney games not using the 4gate than using it. He loses to it more often than he does it himself. He lost in GSL to HongUn, who just 4gated every game (MC did play badly there, he was on a pretty poor day) and + Show Spoiler +
Mana 4gated once in their games while MC 3gated
.
His PvP dominance was simply, as I quoted myself saying, because it was STABLE. There was a good build which everyone did, and it all came down to micro. Now, with the patch throwing everything up in the air, PvP is starting to be even MORE of a coinflip, annoyingly. There will be a period where if you go Robo first, you beat all-ins and Blink attacks, if you go Blink first, you beat some aggressive timings/get map control and beat Stargate play, and if you got Stargate, you lose to all-ins but beat fast Robo + Immortal. Since you have to make this tech decision before you know which tech your opponent is choosing, PvP becomes very luck-based. Not only is tech more luck-based, but timings are also harder to figure out, partly because of the nature of Chronoboost and partly because even if you know the tech your opponent is going, you don't necessarily know the timings involved in different builds (eg, MC moving out as Mana blindly moved his Warp Prism in was complete luck, as Mana didn't have an Observer telling that MC was out of position).
Because of the chaos and different builds all being better in certain situations, a lot of builds become very map dependant. Because a) the maps are changing all the time, and b) people still find new strategies viable on pro level even on old maps - eg MC vs Idra in MLG, it takes a while for people to get a feel for better builds on better maps, so it can feel coin-flippy at times for that reason too.
sC: While I would still definitely favour MC for this because of his beastly PvT, sC got the better of him in their last encounter, and has a 70% TvP rating, with a reasonable sample size at 21-9. Pretty scary first opponent for MC, but I have faith in the BossToss.
Ganzi: A bit of a TvP unknown. He has a 44.44% record total vP. However, these consist mostly of old games, with the most recent being August, and with only 4-5 record we don't really know how much better he has gotten. However, he has to get past Puzzle first to reach MC, and Puzzle has a pretty decent vT. Even if he reaches the Protoss President, I predict MC to win comfortably.
Puzzle: The biggest challenge, I feel. With MC on a continuous PvT hulksmashing, his PvP has (for whatever reason) seemed a bit lost lately, or at least that is his middling match-up currently (his vZ looking REALLY dodgy), having lost to Mana, Inori and HuK in a few recent tournaments. Let's not forget that MC still has a phenomenal 75% total PvP, but I'm slightly concerned about his recent performance. Of course, for every match he seems to lose to a seemingly inferior player, he crushes a hyped player. He beat Hero in a convincing 2-0 in MLG, in the more distant past demolished Mana 3-0 at IEM Cologne and also reverse-beat Inori 2-0 in a ESV Korean Weekly. To be honest, I have no idea about this match. PvP seems so coinflippy at times, but I really hope MC has prepared a special build to use.

Really close game 1 and he could have taken last game if his units weren't so spread
Game2 was not his fault. What he knew there was terran went gas, so he had to defend all possibilities. In game1, he did make a mistake there, he was ahead. But overall, I think sc played very well and deserved to win. I hope Mc can learn from those games. Sc likes time-attacks a lot and he is really good at doing it and I like terran players like Sc. I mean as a terran player you have to be good at timing attacking.
Mc has forgg in his team which is a great pvt practice partner for him. In my opinion, in terms of macro and micro or decision making and timing attacking, forgg is better than Sc. As a Mc fan, I hope Mc can work hard and improve and win a lot more in the future in his career. All the best, Mc !

I do. And I do not blame him on that. I mean tbh, it makes sense to be nervous if u were Mc. The only thing that can help you overcome that is to win and gain confidence. But anyways, Sc outplayed Mc today. I hope Mc can learn and outplay Sc back next time just like what he did to MVP and Puma.
