his unit control, his decision making, his tendency to take more damage then he should by running units for almost no good reason. he won because his opponent is so much worse than he, not because he played exceptionally well as day9 seems to be constantly bringing up.

its a messy time
thats blizz's premier matchup to draw in new players defend humanity from the aliens! or conquer humanity with the aliens! its intended for lots and lots of units to die.
idra sometimes overshoots his lings trying to get the absolutely perfect surround and sometimes he changes his mind about an attack when its too late but other than that how can you fault his micro and decisions
the man contains terran with mutalisk micro
not with banering bombs, not with banering busts, not with fungaaaaaaaaal, with intense mutalisk harass / pressure that requires great attention and speed
so how can anyone criticize his unit control so harshly and when he decides to fight a game out which is apparently more and more often he is starting to win games he would have preemptively gged out of or tilted and started playing badly before.
im sure the regular practice with EG has at the least improved his consideration of how resilient zerg can be and how resilient he as a player can be

Opinions on Idra vs Mana game.

He didn't really have that good upgrades and good unit composition. He kept charging roaches head against stalker colossi in chokes and trough forcefields. Late corruptors and no infestors against those blink stalkers. No reason to balance rant about it that time. He also forgot to take his gases at his forth so at the end he had 1400-70 in resources and not enough larvae to spend it all on lings. First game was great, second I didnt see but third was just bad by Idra in my opinion.

his infestors were about to pop and he had a superior economy.
zvz is all about chance and sheth got the better side of the coin those games (moreso game 1 when idrA counter attacked)

Nah, it was pretty ok I think. Idra made drones and Sheth made roaches, so Sheth won. Just annoying that if he had attacked 10 seconds later, the infestors would have popped, and Idra would have held it >.<
