Well it's true. This thread is complete garbage for the last 200 pages.
100 bucks per member for each stage? wow, in capitalist standards thats actually not bad.. 100 bucks for 4-5 min of work. i wonder how much the GSL kpop performers got paid. and of course there would be royalties from album sales and cf sponsors.
still its pretty crazy that 60 groups debut per year. they must round up every girl who shows signs of being able to sing and dance from the streets of korea xD

And about that "have you actually ever been to Asia??" rant, yes I have, and I must admit that Korean females are top-tier. If you deny that you're lying to yourself when you say you prefer Asians and your only real excuse for being in here is that you deep down can't live without us (which I can only understand, we're all adorable).

Untold hours and money go into preparing for the stage and producing the song. Hell even the rehearsal and makeup ritual before any broadcasted music show takes half a day. If they try to make money by performing by those numbers alone it would take a very, very, very long time

More like hours of work (make-up, practice on stage, waiting time, etc.). I'm surprised they even get anything since it's the best way to advertise your group/album/songs.

In South Korea groups advertise themselves by performing on the prime time TV music programmes. It makes me wonder in what order they do it in my country...
Dat's a high kick..... Oddly enough, as you posted this as I'm watching the IY episode where they're doing splits as a competition. Hyunah's split pretty ridiculous as well
