Yeah gotta wait until tomorrow for some concrete details, though tomorrow can be as soon as 2 hours from now in US. Really annoying trying to figure this stuff out last minute and I want to get tickets to the shows but I have no clue what days I will be in NYC right now. Plus I am trying to roundup any of my friends to come with me even though they all have classes/work and none are sones. T.T
Uh you can't get tickets, you have to get it like 2 months in advance. The only way is to camp outside as a standby, and no way I'm camping out in 30 degree weather
This was a comment I read on AKP's article about SNSD being on the live with Kelly show.

If they promote The Boys here, they will flop for sure. That song is terrible and the lyrics are all over the place. Most of the members also cannot speak fluent english. SM really needs to calm its tits and realize that without at least conversational english for a majority of the members, they will go absolutely nowhere in the US. :|
My best hope for the girls is just that they don't get made fun of...
I might have to agree with this to a certain extent.
I disagree. This sounds more like a terrible car accident, and i've been in one.
The autotune sounded even more persuasive. Kahi's part-or well most of the girls vocals and delivery throughout the song was weak, no fierceness or swag compared to the original. Sadly not even Raina's consistency could carry it. The overall dreadness could be from lack of fluency or Pledis not giving a fuck about quality assurance. The added 5000 layers of random instrumentals over the new awful main track was provably to emphasize that this is a japanese remake. 1/10 Provably produced to troll any fan who would accidently listen to it.
I normally enjoy After School but there's nothing positive about this track. D:
I don't think that promoting in the US is necessarily a bad idea, but they should get better english songwriters. The lyrics make no sense and that's one of the big things that promotes pop music popularity. Also most of their english is terrible and people are way down on that too.
Well english (or engrish as it may be) is/was part of regular kpop anyway, and if they have a legit shot the companies will go for it cause US market is where the money's at.
Also keeping things Korean is probably better for the "scene" in the long run but it won't get them popular, which is all they/JYP/SM care about.
