Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
No reposting of old material unless justified
Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.
No vulgar fan fics or wet dream stories. It is creepy, weird, and it dehumanizes the people who you are here to celebrate/discuss.
Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up.

E-Tribe is hands down the best set of producers Korea has. There's a reason why most of their songs are huge hits. Name better producers in Korea and then tell me they're overrated. Until then, E-Tribe is underrated.
They've only had two songs that have had major success and those are SNSD's Gee and Lee Hyori's U-Go-Girl.
The only song that I consider good on a musical level from them is SNSD's Star Star Star. A lot of the songs they've produced just run off a single phrase that gets repeated a lot and these are the popular songs cuz they're catchy.
In other news Leessang is making a comeback. I'm excited.

That's like saying the producer of Justin Bieber is one of the best producers because the songs are a hit. Someone like Kim Tae Won is way better than E-tribe.
Also, new girl group apparently all the members have D cups. Sounds interesting.
Their way of promoting is pathetic. Seriously? D-CUPS as a promotion tactic? (They don't even look like D-Cups to me). It is just like that Chocolat's way of promotion (bi-racial). So lame, has the level of music promotion stooped down this low, and that visuals are sooooooooo important? I don't get it.

songs that are huge hits =/= quality music
You can't honestly be saying their beats aren't way above most kpop standards. I'm not saying that hit = quality, but you know they make quality songs, and they consistently do it.

Bonus suzy pic.
Musically speaking, Star Star Star is just another ballad. It's one of their weakest works.

Yea I can, even if you ignore the lyrics they write (see yayaya), you can't possibly be arguing that random bubble noises in pink rocket and the instrumentals to a song like yayaya are good.

dead at mentioning star star star as being the only good song on a musical level they have produced. you do know that they produced one of 4mens mini album as well as a string of other good songs that you listen to that you proably aren't even aware of? ya you obviously dont, just stop. they are good producers by koreas standard but have no doubt produced some awful shit. this goes for a bunch of other producers as well
Watching KBS Music bank right now, but I missed the name of the actual singer. She wears a red dress with white strides, and all the backup dancers are dressed in white. There is also a rapper with a greyish suit who comes near the end. Anyone know the name of the singer/song?
