I haven't watched episode 3 yet (is it even out?) but I have a feeling that the hybrid will let its emotions lose, cause some damage and then get into a confrontation with Kunta who already dislikes Nagato (unless I forgot something lol) leading to it being killed by the end. It'll likely help them out during the show till then but hopefully I'm wrong. It's like you didn't even watch the episodes or something.

+ Show Spoiler + Hayama is a true bro, I still remember when he said to Hachiman that they could have been friends had things been different (in S1). Haruno is probably his "Y", right? Oregairu just has so many good side characters. Is it the point where Hachiman has to branch between helping Yui or Yukino? Maybe by siding with Iroha? I can really see him doing that to set up the ultimate face off / reconciliation between the 3 mains.

+ Show Spoiler + Well it certainly was the most interesting episode this season. The whole setup by Hayama was surprising to me. Also that confession at the end was a shocker. Since this is an anime neither side will probably end up acknowledging it as her confessing her love to Hachiman though.

Pretty much on spot with your last sentence, lol.

yuigahama final scene when she goes "部活好きなの ... (obvious as fuck eye movement) 好きなの". But they probabably did it decently if you guys are talking about confession ![]() On April 24 2015 14:04 Kipsate wrote: I dont really remember who that greyhaired girl was in the bar but she triumps the Yui and Yukinon. you mean yukinons older sis? I'd be willing to bet Emnjay's balls that she did that on purpose and was in fact saying that the way she did on purpose. Granted in an as obscure as possible way and there's no way Hachiman thought about that but she did.

Hayama's face when he was talking to those two chicks was just amazing. Iroha's face when she was talking to 8 was amazing. Yui at the end was amazing. I'd say it's looking to be episode of the season.

+ Show Spoiler [explanation] + So a little explanation about that line and why I compared it to hachikuji dying as well as saying I'm 100% sure she said it that way on purpose. TL;DR version: She said この部活好きなの。。。好きなの which you'd usually translate as something along the lines of "I love this club... I really do" to get the meaning across. In reality she's just repeating the "love" part (just the verb, it's not actually a verb in japanese but whatevs) while leaving out the "target" of the phrase to emphasize on "love" by repeating it once more. So that's why I said you'd usually translate it that way, because you'd assume she's still talking about the same thing out of context, right? Thing is, when repeating part of that expression she picks an expression that on itself is homophone to the expression "I love you", or what you'd say to say that. So to Hachiman she's probably saying something along the lines of: "I love this club... I really do" while to her it's more along the lines of "I love this club... and I love you" So yes, she's saying that on purpose. No Hachiman did not figure it out (I'd assume) because like I said, you'd usually understand that as emphasis on her part that she does love the club. I wouldn't call it a confession but more along the lines of acknowledging it and saying it out loud for herself. She's intentionally phrasing it so that you'd get a different idea from the context. //Man watching this again is amazing no matter how often you rewatch it. Hachiman's dumbfound expression when Yui goes "you know, I can half-ass this. Noone would expect me to do well anyways... So I'm going to beat Yukinon" is pure gold. Well no idea if that's canon according to the source, it could just be an interpretation from the studio doing the animation but that's certainly what they're trying to get across.
