Well, they certainly think she killed the pope, the queen, the queen's family, her own family except Jamie, most of the religious elite, the grand maester, and possibly hundreds if not thousands civilians. I think they have enough reason to hate her even if they don't think she killed the king as well.

The show has already shown repeatedly that they ale willing to consider a somewhat realistic description of a "non-information" society, where information just doesn't spread very well and people don't really have a good idea of what's happening.

Jamie 'knows' she would never do that. But can he be sure? Can he withstand the whispers?

There were already rumors of Jaime/Cersei in the city streets when Tyrion was hand of the king. So there was information getting to the society.

The people who would claim that he jumped are the same as those who are accused of pushing him. People will believe whatever they want to believe about his death. If I was told Cersei had him thrown out by zombie Clegane I wouldn't change my mind if Clegane said that he jumped.

My experience with my parents' generation and their friends shows me that information can travel very fast even without the use of technology. That the information is of very questionable accuracy doesn't matter since the rumors are likely to be unflattering towards Cersei.

For me, the look is simply because of the atrocity she performed (like do I really know this person?), combined with fear for what she has become (the danger it puts her in). He also knows she indirectly killed Tommen, by wiping out much of what he loved and believed in. There is no way he believes she directly killed him. However, he would definitely blame her for not considering the impact on Tommen.

Tommen plays Assasins Creed. Cercei plays Dungeoun Keeper. Arya plays Dishonored. Tyrells, the faith and Kevan Lannister got Just Caused. Gendry plays Splinter Cell. White walkers play Warhammer Dark Omen. Jon Snow ... the witcher? Leaving Dany out of this because I dont really have anything even remotely close to it.

However, he would definitely blame her for not considering the impact on Tommen. That was my take on the scene as well. The ramifications of what she did and how the people as well as the big houses of Westeros and especially Jamie perceive he whole situation is probably my most anticipated storyline for next season.

HBO has just released their plans for season seven of Game of Thrones. It is now official that the episode count for next year stands at seven episodes. The filming is slated for “later this summer.” Next season to premier in summer instead of spring
