EPTRick is an alcoholic scientist who creates things like alternate reality portal guns and flying saucers. Morty is his 14 year old grandson that he usually drags along on his adventures. It's pretty wacky and over the top, but it also hits on a deeper level on occasion. The animators also draw ballsacks on most of the aliens/monsters.

This is the best show on TV at the moment IMO. What's everyone's favourite episode?
