Meanwhile I want to see more of the 'normal' cases rather than straight going to some tense development of the story lol Can't complain though, will Mike be in big trouble again lol. Can't wait T_T This is actually the rare drama that I would rewatch some episodes again.

Well he doesn't know if jessica and harvey knows mike's secret.

Season three will most likely return this winter in early 2014 to finish off. Donna > Scotty > Rachel

Pearson-Darby-Spectre/Pearson-Spectre/whatever-they-call-themselves-this-week is a giant firm, a top 2 firm in NY, right? There's no way their senior partners only handle one case (small case even!) during an episode. Also, good point has been made about Louis not knowing of Jessica or Harvey know about Mike. But i wonder how he'll handle it with them. If the development he's made over the last semi-season means anything, he'll first discuss it with them. Though i doubt that'll happen...

I don't see how Louis can just announce Mike's secret to the world considering Mike does have a diploma and his file could have simply been misplaced. Once Louis does get the full story, I'm pretty sure that the Harvard rule will have already been waived. Yeah, but the whole "practicing law without being a licensed attorney" rule hasn't.

I did find the concept of the lawsuit over Nigel's cat to be borderline stupid, even if there were some interesting parts (like how Rachel turned out to be a decent lawyer, and watching Harold come back). I feel like the writers have realized that we all love Louis, and are trying to overkill the absurdity and frequency of his niche interests and general "Louis-ness", to the point that we may tire of it (because it's often so irrelevant to the central themes or cases). I still love Louis, but I dread the episode where I start rolling my eyes at *yet another* extreme and lengthy Louis moment because it's become so overdone.

The same thing happens in so many shows ![]() Once they discover a character with a cult following they overuse him until we hate him

They made us hate him or made us love that we hate him, and then built him up. It wasn't like they ran polls and focus groups and rewrote a large portion of their story off of ~2 seasons.

In any case, I just caught up. I liked how they focused on one case for a while. The episodic formula gets boring fast since almost every show does it. Scotty is a goddess.
