I know Cornell gives 4.0 for A and 4.3 for A+ so you can end up with >4.0. Some schools put A+ on the transcript but it still counts as 4.0. Though Harvard Law doesn't even give letter grades. It's just "pass" or "high pass". Louis is probably thinking "...oh wow Mike must be really exceptional to be the only one to have ever gotten an A+!" | ||

Ignoring how he feels about women and family (aka the whole reason mike doesn't have a degree to begin with) he wouldn't doom the careers of Harvey Jessica and Rachel so there is basically zero chance he does anything if he learns the full truth. | ||
