Things seem forced. Like zuko saying the benders are unstoppable. I'd rather it were shown rather than said. Episode 3 is sad. I thought the dai li had been reformed. The episode with the grandmother reminds me of my own and why my dad left home. I miss my extended family. | ||

I think that he was just gloating about his victory. Throwing them all in there and incapacitating a few bought him enough time to escape, I'm sure they bent their way out of there when they recovered. Also, I'm like 99% sure the waterbender killed a dude trying to escape. Dropped him straight into lava. | ||

The first had good feels early too though, but had too much of a cop out ending unfortunately...I miss the equalists. I hope the third does well. More backstory here, and there is enough mystery and clear next step happening to keep me thoroughly entertained. ...also the trailer for this season might be one of the best trailers I've seen for a show. Like, it's really freaking good. | ||

the book name (易) is part of my name villains are pretty excellent Korra is less annoying and is totally bros with Asami the Tenzin/Korra failing to recruit airbenders scenes Bolin/Mako's family story is cute Zuko/Eska's super awkward scene in the elevator (Zuko, you've still got the stuff  )Bumi lots of bending scenes! things that I'm waiting for further exposition on: why the spirits are only in Republic City how Harmonic Convergence caused airbending to sprout up where's Varrick? things that are interesting: Future Industries really recovered enough to come up with such a nice new airship the Earth Queen hates animals (poor Bosco) but likes animal topiaries Earth Queen / Grand Secretariat relationship has flipped! but the Dai Li haven't changed, other than who they report to spoilers I'm looking forward to (saw some of the leaked screenshots heh): + Show Spoiler + Toph/Lin's backstory!!! things that make me sad: I didn't notice the waterbender villain had no arms, nor did I realize she was voice acted by Grey Delisle  she reminded me of June tbh | ||
