Octavia/Vinyl Scratch. It is a totally fan-made pair, both of their personalities are from the creativity of the fandom and from the individual creators of stuff.

Though I am starting to like twidash, since a lot of the artists that draw the pair are so cute.

That's a really tough and open ended question. I'd assume it'd be one that's fluent in English (I don't think our Korean presence is very strong), so maybe someone that's close to TLO? The most ironic and hilarious choice is obviously Idra.
