The problem with that is that the prophecy then has very little meaning if it's practically half the population instead of Jaime/Tyrion.(which, it'll be Jaime) well there are some notable "little brothers" or i read somewhere that its a sex-neutral term, so could also be little sister apparantly (tho im not sure about that: could also be Arya (tho FM rules forbid it) Any of the other living Stark siblings The Hound Loras Daenaerys Stannis But ye, most likely it is Jaime/Tyrion Bran while warging a motherfucking dragon. LIke bloodraven was always teasing him about being able to fly...maybe he meant as a dragon and not as a bird or whatever.
Also, wasn't there something in the story about an old stark making an arrow out of weirwood because it can be guided by trees or something? that's something else that might be plausible.
Also, i wouldn't be surprised if bloodraven warged into the bore that killed king robert. *rip*

Not necessarily. There are a lot of options for him not being dead. Being revived like Dondarrion (not catelyn) is just one of many.

Yeah I forgot about that. If he really died he can be on ghost body now, because as I understood from what brynden 3rd eye crow said, wargs can live inside the creature they "warged" after death. Like bran felt other presence inside one crow that he was training in and orell and varamyr passed to their animals too. Thats a nice possibility, personally, I think that this JonWolf is better than another zombie guy in westeros. EDIT: But if GRRM wants him to become a zombie why not be kind of a white walkers leader? that would be insane.

Seems a bit light and young to be Mace Tyrell. Donal Noye sounds reasonable. That or Greyjoy uncle is my guess.
If the secrecy holds and is not just a brief information lapse then I say Euron Greyjoy. To show watchers that character could stand to be made a surprize.
Or maybe someone like the high sparrow if season 4 gets that far?
There is nobody whose identity is a secret like Ramsay or (though it was cut) Barristan, so I'm inclined to think of people whose identity and the fact that they become involved as important characters is a plot point.
Coldhands? (I think "Coldhands?" might be emerging as code for "no idea".)

On another note: I think the new actor could be Euron. He's a "surprise motherfucker" character, although moreso in the books, because we are told about all the horror stories. I'm not sure Euron has even been mentioned in the series.
I can't think of any other secret characters that are sprung on us. Maybe Quentin Martell, but the actor is too white to be a Martell. The ONLY character that is truly supposed to have his identity hidden is (F)Aegon, but I don't see how they can start introducing him yet, unless they make up a large bit of new work about him with none of the usual characters (but then his identity won't be hidden from the viewers when he meets Tyrion). He seems too old to be Aegon, though.

I cannot see him as a Mace Tyrell even though he has a certain jovial cast to him that I could see as the "family thing" they have got going in the series. And who knows, if Arya gets to Braavos he might as well turn out to be the Kindly Man.

But coldhands is almost certainly benjen stark, who was cast in S1. Casting someone new would kill that theory dead. There is no reason to keep the high sparrow's identity a secret. Also no reason to keep the kindly man's identity a secret (unless they don't want to spoil for bookreaders that Arya will make it to Braavos in S4).

he is most likely not benjen. but it is true that another cast would eliminate him as a potential target, however its already not likely that he is coldhands.

That and the fact that Melisandre spent the entirety of the 5th book telling john snow how she is his only chance / only friend.

I don't know, I always imagined Donal Noye to be a rather burly individual, probably from the combination of blacksmith as a profession and the ability to take down the king of the giants in single combat. If he weren't black (due to the wall being a strange place for a Summer Islander) and dead :'(, someone like Michael Clarke Duncan was what I pictured Donal Noye as being closer to.
A Greyjoy character is probably most likely. With the right makeup/costuming and personality (I'm unfamiliar with his acting) he could make a convincing Crow's Eye. Have they introduced the Damphair or Victarion yet? It's hard to differentiate the show from the books since I'm reading through them again. Regardless, Balon's days are numbered in the show so I would imagine we would see Euron sometime early next season.

Eh, I dunno. There don't seem to be many other likely candidates since the 3-eyed crow is Bloodraven. What other well-known character dies beyond the wall? The Night's King is pretty much the only other option, but just doesn't seem likely at all.

Wait a second... Just realized that the dragon eggs Dany got, were probably the payment of Euron to the faceless men for the death of Balon... How they ended up in the hands of Dany is another story.
Edit: blah, little far fetched... 3 dragon eggs, I think euron only had one.

Mostly people don't think Coldhands = Benjen because Leaf says Coldhands was killed long ago. Since Leaf is hundreds of years old it seems unlikely that Benjen's death would be long ago to her. Also it seems weird to me that if he is Benjen, why does he not tell Bran? It seems likely that Bran's eventual powers would allow him to figure it out anyway. I'm actually kind of frustrated there are no other theories about coldhands, to me it is an unsolved mystery.

Just look up the cold hands wiki, it explains quite well why its most likely not benjen. When coldhands first appeared i thought it was benjen as well, but later this made less and less sense.
