Also, don't see why he and Dany have to fight. He seems a nice and sound man to me, not like her brother at all, and he wanted to marry her and rule with her.

No one really knows if he's a blackfyre or a targaryen, it only matters if people know specifically, otherwise they're just rumors in Westeros. As for the Targaryen line, that was what the whole Blackfyre rebellion was about. When Aegon III legitimized his bastards and gave his sword to Daemon(which was carried by every Targaryen leader since Aegon the Conqueror), it split the Targaryen family in two between the apparent chosen successor(daemon blackfyre) and the established powers that be(daeron targaryen).

She wants what is best for her people. Maybe the betrayal from her husband in Dance has changed her and she's hellbent on killing everyone know, but wouldn't Westeros respond better to her rule if she were married? especially to a man like Aegon who is leading his armies into battle? Aegon seems like a perfect king to me. As long as he treats Dany well I don't see why they have to fight. However, she does seem pretty loyal to her family's name, so finding out he's an imposter could be the 3rd betrayal.

In setting though, it is nearly impossible that she would go along with him if he is a Blackfyre. Many of their followers are likely to turn them against one another. The Rhllor people are not going to be interested in another dragon taking the center stage from Dany, nor the freedmen, nor many of her personal retainers. Connington et al. and particularly Varys meanwhile are sure to try to set it up with Faegon as the King with the main claim, etc. Dany is paranoid about betrayals and she has surely been taught to hate the name Blackfyre. She might reject him outright. Get them in a room together and they would be likely to come out of it ready tell their followers to stuff it, "this is best for everyone and we get along fine". But the politics are likely to set them against one another before they get the chance to meet.

If Aegon is a Blackfyre, Dany will fight him for the same reasons she'll fight the Lannisters, she's taking what she feels has been stolen from her by enemies with no right to the throne. When Dany is walking around in the waste she keeps telling herself that dragons plant no trees so though I doubt she's going to go crazy and kill everyone, I think she'll change her foremost priority to taking the iron throne for herself rather than trying to save her people.

Do you think Aegon has a card up his sleeve. The Golden Company, even with Dorne, is not enough to take on the Unsullied + 3 dragons.

Dorne is not looking like they will be signing up with Aegon. The card that he thinks he has up his sleeve is Dany, and he is probably going to be very disappointed by how that turns out. Remember that he does not know that he is not Aegon, if he is in fact not Aegon. He is not aware of the uncertainty of an alliance between himself and Dany, let alone how outright unlikely it is.

I could see her winning the Iron Throne only to realize she has no way of producing a natural heir and will probably have to adopt somebody. Or maybe resign herself to the fate that shit will go down again after she dies. That could qualify as a bittersweet ending to me. Yea. Martin made it a real cluster fuck. But I think Aegon will need to have a big impact on the story. I mean Varys tried to kill Dany because he was so confident that he didn't need her. We still have no idea who Jon's mother is, hell he could be the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna who Eddard took in to protect a dirty secret. Do you really think he'd be the type of man to cheat on his wife? Then there's the threat of the Others that could make every plan go to shit at any moment.

She is supposed to be barren, but there are a few passages near the end of Dance that make it sound like she is regaining her fertility; though I could be misreading them.

Varys probably isn't much of a friend to Dany, if at all, but he never tried to kill her. A lordship for thier heads? Varys isn't Cersei. It was in effect a false flag provocation. He still invested in her as recently as Clash, planned for her as recently as midway through Dance, and probably still wants her now. Given her situation and lack of cooperation so far he's inevitably working on contingencies for if he can't get her and her dragons for Faegon, but at minimum he should still consider her a potential bonus to his goals. We know exactly who Jon's mother is. Lyanna. Well, it isn't sure. It's the only idea with any merit at this point so we more or less have to run with it unless/until someone stumbles on another reasonable idea. If the show were to menton Ashara Dayne it could breathe life into that option again. Any other variant with Ned as the father died with confirmation that the cover story, Ned+a nobody, is just that.

I imagine the show will start to spoil the ending of the books as the seasons go on since the show runners KNOW what's important -- like which details to include in the story because they will come in to play later. that makes me think that the part about Mel talking to Arya and saying that they will meet again later is going to come into play in someway. :

I always get mega shocked when GRRM kills one of the main characters. We have Cersei who will be slained by Jaime, but who else? Will Lady Stark outlive this war? Are some characters death-proof like Jon Snow and Daenerys or can the unthinkable happen? Anyone come up with a clever foreshadowing that isn't already a popular prediction? Just curious!

Now we know that she will revive Jon Snow.

Anyone come up with a clever foreshadowing that isn't already a popular prediction? Just curious! The prophecy said that Cersei will die to a younger brother, it didn't specify. And we don't even know who was born first do we? And she has to outlive all of her children anyway if the prophecy is to come true. Yea, I think Jon and Daenerys are death proof. GRRM already made us go through so many of their boring and meaningless chapters, it would be insulting to kill them anytime soon. Jaime says he plans to come clean with the whole Tommen/Myrcella thing, so good chance he dies. If Robert Strong wins trail by combat then Cersei will be spared. Still, I kind of like fucked up love stories and I want them both to just die in eachother's arms while they are being stoned or something. No matter what happens, Varys comes out the winner.
