There are a bunch of inconsistencies though. Just as cricketer mentioned, it is never said how the Night King is defeated, only that he is, and I think Howland Reed dies in Ep 1 and speaks to Jon in Ep 2? I don't think it's the fault of the showrunners for such oversights. I do think that it's because whoever wrote/summarized the scripts didn't proofread. | ||

Bran dies in like the second episode or so right? I have read a different one, one which makes more sense and feels more like D&D to me. | ||

I still don't know how I feel about the ending in terms of is that something I would like/would make sense. I also doubt BOTH dany AND jon die, especially that lazily in Jon's case. | ||

Mostly I like the leaks because they surprised me: + Show Spoiler + Dany being sick, pregnant, and dying in childbirth in the most anticlimactic way is funny and unexpected. Her rotting corpse hanging in King's Landing is also very satisfying. Theon getting killed instantly by Euron is also unexpected and I hope it happens. In fact, Euron becoming King in the most contrived way possible is hilarious. And him blowing himself up with Jamie, Jon and Sandor is also unexpected. Basically having everyone die is fine by me. I feel like that is the most satisfying way to end the show. If it were up to me, Arya and Tyrion would also die but seeing as how they're everyone's favorite characters, that is obviously impossible. | ||
