They've kind of just sat around doing nothing but being frustrated/sad about everything that's going wrong..the war, losing the north/family, Catelyn's betrayal. I think most viewers are just not going to care very much, it won't be anything like the effect Ned's death had on viewers. Now they're used to plenty of characters dying as well..They may see it as a blessing for more screen time for the characters they love, like Tyrion/Dany/Jaime..
That would be such an injustice. I remember reading this part and just needing a breather to gather my thoughts afterwards. Would be a huge shame if it isn't as intense on the show.
From reading this thread it seems like many book readers would only dislike that because they would like see the tears of others. I am so annoyed by that attitude, I am almost looking forward to see the tears of book readers if this doesnt thappen.
And I hate the trolls like Kwark who make these posts "Go Robb! Wohoo! (lololol)" in the non-spoiler thread. If you know the story you should just stfu there. Its at the point where people are only trolling each other in that thread.
Isn't Kwark an admin though? I wouldn't say it's stupid, i'd say its bold (like getting banned for not posting a spoiler lol)
I SWEAR, book readers will get spoiled eventually by show watchers because Dan and David will surpass GURRM eventually -- and they know how the story is going to end, so i think that the book readers will have a 'Winter is Coming" moment when they will end up being spoiled by show watchers, lol.
He has made it obvious to a ridiculous degree that he has read and knows everything though and is just throwing out shit to confuse people.

so it sounds like he's circumventing the rule about no spoilers by doing everything indirectly, that's very innovative and bold. my transgression was in real life and much worse : (

I imagine it'd be a great gag performance for a bride's father to play it, no lyrics mind you, provided that a suitable selection of the people in attendance "got it".
Or better, for a groom to play for his father in law...but the humor is getting ridiculously dark at that point.
Provided progressive enough cultures of the families involved those gender stipulations would be irrelevant.

I don't mean that post, I mean just about every other post you make in that thread <_<
I lurk that topic a lot but seriously you should really gtfo and not post if you've read the books. You spoil a lot more than you know by trying to "mislead" people.
Also what seriously is your reason for posting that in the TV thread instead of the TV/Book thread if not to troll people considering what's coming up.

My reason was that I thought it was awesome. My reason was not to troll.

Wow i didn't even catch it in the other thread. I love it.
I voted yes simply because I want it to happen. In contrast to most I like some bigger deviations here and there from the books to keep it interesting and surprising for us book readers.
What makes me really happy that there are probably millions of people who don't read up on each episode on the internet who have ABSOLUTELY no idea what is going to happen. If you just watch the episode once a week and then forget about it there is no way you pick up on all the foreshadowing and hints.
I spoiled absolutely nothing to my gf and she is completely clueless and still totally rooting for Robb. It will be glorious.
