If not, probably need to be in the other thread o.O i have, i'm on my fifth or sixth runthrough of the series i'm just here cuz i have a tendency to say the wrong things in threads with spoiler restrictions. also since i'm watching from the beginning of the series no one in that thread is going to talk to me :x
How have you not watched it yet?

I misread the name part, I'll admit but I did not misread the rest. When you said
Sandor = Gravedigger is not too far behind R+L=J, evolution and gravity. Frey pie and Theon being castrated (until the show decided to help that one along by corroborating) are probably the closest to equal with it. It was arguably the main topic of a whole chapter, even if it was never said directly.
I interpreted that as you saying Tobho Mott = FM is equal to Frey Pies so again I apologise for that. I should keep this more civil
Let's agree on this, you find TM = FM unlikely, I don't. Let's leave it at that

Is it just me, or is Wyman Manderly quietly one of the most awesome characters in the entire series?

I was comparing Sandor as a the gravedigger to Frey pie and Theon's castration. All of these are very likely, bordering on as certain as theories tend to get.

Between that and accident it is reasonable to favor it, but yes it is actually quite weak. It is still better than the Tobho stuff because at least it passes as a competitively simple explanation wheras the Tobho stuff is fairly complex with simpler alternatives.

No, it's based upon value and what the requesting party treasures most iirc. The story you are probably remembering is how the FM got started. The slave who made the request to kill his master had nothing of value to offer the God so he offered his life. From that day forward they were two instead of one. He offered his life in service not sacrifice.

Castration is not the same as removing the penis. With castration he should still be able to perform.

He has plenty to lose, it's the fact that he's doing this with a lot to lose that makes him so badass.

His granddaughter is way more badass

I generally prefer books over TV shows even if TV shows are well made b/c I can set my pace-- a page can be a minute, two minutes, or even three minutes of reading. TV show you have to watch the damn thing otherwise you miss stuff. A minute of the show is a minute, no real way around that.
I agree about Wyman Manderly. iIf you include illyrio and doran martell, one of the lessons of the story is to never underestimate a fat man.

Doran is not fat!
But otherwise as you were saying, and also with Sam Tarly and Strong Belwas. Sort of.

Everyone wants more Davos, he's pretty much the only universally loved POV across every forum I frequent along with Arya.
I simply cannot wait until the show does his meeting with Wyman and utters all those beautiful lines. Liam Cunningham does Davos so perfectly
"Jared of House Frey, I name you liar"

Davos was the most boring PoV in ACoK, IMO. I had no idea people actually liked his POV and I've heard many reviewers say Cunningham brings a really boring character to life.

So all my friends who were disappointed when they found out this weeks episode is delayed because of Memorial Day are basically being fed by me that the next episode will be one of the best, and everyone will love it; as I've read the book and can figure out what should happen in Episode 9.
Half the people think its Joff getting told off by Tywin/getting killed at his wedding or Dany leads another Sack of Yunkai in an absurdly epic episode. Oh wow beautiful this is going to be

If Davos dies I'll make my way to GRRM's house, camp outside and cry so loud he will never be able to sleep again.

I was hoping it would be the season finale.
