Euron hiring a FM is a funny case of almost no evidence other than a prophetic statement (low value of course) and reasoning, yet the reasoning is good enough that it is not generally doubted. Between that and accident it is reasonable to favor it, but yes it is actually quite weak. It is still better than the Tobho stuff because at least it passes as a competitively simple explanation wheras the Tobho stuff is fairly complex with simpler alternatives. Sandor = Gravedigger is not too far behind R+L=J, evolution and gravity. Frey pie and Theon being castrated (until the show decided to help that one along by corroborating) are probably the closest to equal with it. It was arguably the main topic of a whole chapter, even if it was never said directly. | ||

I read about it, but without quotes form the book, and I can't think of a moment that may have implied it. Here I'll point out why this post of your is silly. Jaqen H'Gar is a Lorathi name, not Braavosi one. Same with Pate. But if you're right......MAYBE JAQEN ISN'T REALLY A FACELESS MAN? HE MUST BE BENJEN I don't think I can ever take you seriously, you would deny Frey Pies? FREY PIES of all the things? Do you have no shame!?!?!??! I bet you would say that Book Stannis and Melisandre didn't get it on until the season 2 showed it. In fact I'm surprised that you would even believe R+L=J because 80% of it is putting 2+2 together, much like Tobho Mott = Izembaro | ||

I get the strong impression you are misreading a large portion of what I say and for whatever reason simply seeking to be belligerent. Why would Jaqen not be a FM just because he is Lorathi? You seem to imply that is crazy, which I agree with and never stated an analogous claim. I was talking about how Izembaro and Tobho are/could both be Braavosi names. A simple fact that is not enough to carry this claim that they are the same person. Jumping from that to the conclusion that Jaqen isn't a FM because he is probably Lorathi is unsupportable. | ||
