That would give it an additional strategic use since you could always send back storm near the beginning of every fight and then as long as he's not ccd, he can decide whether or not he wants to be sent back. Might be a cool interaction though.

i dont think Secret problem was the brood tho, midone had a terrible game and so did ace, if they were a bit better, last game was pretty different, at least way more balanced
their biggest problem were gh earthspirit and kuro wyvern
