I am sorry, but I have looked a lot of Newbee and VG games and was under the impression that their playstyle is still risk averse and more conservative. For me this VG draft is kind of the stuff that Secret would do, I am gladly surprised.

They're definitely no longer as farmy as before. But you would hardly see them play like winstrike vs newbee, in which with a bare lead they kept wanting to fight. Could have easily thrown the lead. Chinese really like to farm an item before smoking 5man team fight to build the advantage. Meanwhile teams like liquid tend try trade as even as possible with 3-4 man while one of their cores just free farms or get towers.
