It's been the meta for quite some time now and probably his best build right now, unless you need to have early game presence in which case you go for Armlet + Desolator. With Radiance LS can farm very fast, doesn't fall off later if he didn't have good early/mid game, you are even more tanky because with Radiance you usually go for Solar Crest and with level 20 talent that gives you 20% evasion, you have like ~45% evasion from Radi, Crest and talent. You are also not as one dimensional as Armlet + Desolator Naix that just hits one target and is very easy to kite, because of the Radiance that is constant damage and you also have like 460 permanent movement speed with level 15 talent that gives you +35 ms(pros take +30 damage on that level when they go for armlet + deso) and S&Y. If you go for Phaseboots instead of Treads, you are easily ~540 with Phase used. Try it, it's incredibly good. | ||
