BTW anyone else find it so funny and ironic how all of these ice-based heroes can kill each other with ice based abilities? I know it wouldn't make any sense for them not to be able to do that from a gameplay perspective but it just begs the questions who has the coldest ice? Winter Wyvern? Crystal Maiden? Ancient Apparation? Lich? | ||

A bit like the same issue as Fata had in one of the games yesterday. AM wasn't even that bad. Sure once they changed to trilane vs RTZ later in the game he had issues but not like he was trashed either. His start was on par with Miracle. Just that uni kept dying and Miracle kept farming heroes on top of creeps. | ||

The playstyle changed overall a bit but I'd say it's pretty much a toss-up between old and new if we're just looking at that. But it's not just that. The statmorph now costs no mana. He has an entire ability more than he used to. That makes him better no matter what you think about the old one unless you really think the new ult is so much worse that it outdoes that. I'm even willing to argue that the new ulti is worse than the old one tbh. I think it's pretty close but I can see people arguing going either way on the ult but the rest just makes him so much stronger. | ||

Ofc it isn't just ulti, new talents are sick as well, no mana stats swap and the rest, but unlike previous one that used his ult for escape in 99% of the time cause illusion could be just dispelled, new ult is like a Rubick on crack that can't steal ultimates but gets the all other basic abilities of the hero. People didn't even think about the possibilities and trust me there are some really broken combinations. | ||
