I don't know whether it was the stereotype "success bug" or what, but they didn't look like the same team most of the year. NA quals were also a lot tougher than expected; I think they might have gone in assuming an auto-win and just tilted when they didn't take the top spot easily. w33 and Moon seemed to be playing pretty poorly, I thought, but IDK who would have replaced either; in a lot of ways I liked the fact that they stuck together, but it just didn't work out.
They may have underperformed but that team was overrated anyways. They were a mediocre team last year that wasn't expected to do well at TI6 but pulled out a tremendous run. If anything, they drastically overperformed at one tournament (albeit the best tournament to do that at) and then fell off back to their regular level.

Yup. Sometimes he goes super saiyan with mirana/meepo. But yea he is consistent, at least you can build your game around that.

there are loser interviews in ALL sports, I never understood why in esport it has always been seen as a bad thing I really like that they are doing it, thx valve.

As much as I would love to see the competition improved by having OG around, I really want to see Infamous get the upset.

There's no way Valve would make a dude talk about their loss if he's in tears.

Overly stubborn when it comes to changing his approach to the game? Sounds appropriate.

Besides, EE didn't seem terribly devastated.

I remember when s4 was called the son of magnus
I wonder if we'll see him play it on the mainstage

let's see if this will hold true

Hoping for Timado to score the upset

The timing is the issue honestly.
If they had made the interview a couple of days after TI assuming they are still there then yeah maybe that would be acceptable. But right after they got kicked out on perhaps one of the most important games of their life in a very one sided fashion is pretty fucking unacceptable in my book at least.

I have grown to despise their style that much.
