What does that even mean? Every game, people will make mistakes, teams make mistakes. You win by capitalizing on your opponents mistakes and minimizing yours. OG put themselves in a good position to do exactly that.
What was Newbee going to do that game? Slark can't 1 v 5 early and OG would be together, best way to keep slark under control is to not give him pick off opportunities. Even if Newbee took better early fights, OG could just push, take towers, take rosh whenever Newbee's ults were on cooldown. It wasn't play mistakes as an outdraft.

fly's draft was fucking brilliant,they intentionally gave away phoenix after first 2 games' strong showings because they had a plan, and they knew newbee will give away wisp for it

Yes, that's why I watch (and play) way less Dota than before. I even find 4 protect 1 more interesting to watch, it can let players show their game-feel, ganks, rotation and a few team-fights.
With this 5 man push strats you only see teamfights and a lot of parts the game aren't an option anymore.
