I can somewhat forgive stacking stun with shackle, this guy didn't even bother to wave before stun to maximise G's focus firing damage. Yea, that is why I said "if not 4". Both players are really lacking. They may pull a few plays but overall they don't seem to be at the level we are used to watch at LAN events. But the problem for me is not them playing like that but this two teams losing to them.

Just with a lowered bar... So far only Newbee has shown some semblance of greatness, but that may be because the other teams arent exactly real madrid or barcelona

In the end they had a meeting somewhere sitting and had to ask themselves: Is it worse to get backlash from the community for inviting teams that should not be invited (just from a point of not having a clue which team is going to perform because of new patch) or is it worse to lose out on massive amounts of sold compendiums because we didn't invite LGD, Navi and [A]? And obviously they came to the conclusion that the second one would be worse be it for loss of money or for loss of headlines because you're not getting the next HUGE PRIZEPOOL at TI

It's nice to get someone else's impressions on that. Another friend of mine made the same sort of point, that the invites were on star power, and not necessarily results.

Si far only Newbee has shown some semblance of greatness, but that may be because the other teams arent exactly real madrid or barcelona Well we hype Newbee because they beat both EG and Secret but EG and Secret don't look like the Secret and EG of old so it isn't as impressive as we might've thought.

It was like them trying to emulate Newbee's versatile drafting but failing hard. I mean, i am not even certain Newbee's drafting is that versatile. They basically pick and match out of like 6 heroes for kaka and Chuan and give whatever cores fancy.
