Slark fits his style so well though, more than spec if you think about it. Envy's play is really map control and map presence based, and this mentality fits Slark perfectly as the hero can spot wards and farm deep into enemy territory with less risk than most heroes while having decent waveclear. So there is a lot of non flashy stuff that Secret gains from putting him on slark. He makes space for his team and keep the enemy on their side of the map because the creeps are always being shoved back by a sneaky slark. He is playing slark in a way that forces the enemy to be less aggressive. The slark game yesterday Secret was losing early game hard and Liquid would have been able to push much more menacingly if EE wasn't into the enemy side of the map intercepting creep waves and pushing. AM and Ember can be played in a similar style but AM and Ember are too slow for this meta
