You guys are making too big of a deal when the only Chinese team that is able to win this tournament is VG and even then I think they're going to lose.

when a meme
"eg playing on 300 ping"
is used in a non-ironic ironic fashion to refer to something that isn't true
"eg is playing on 300 ping" at a lan
using a meme to troll

I love it when EG loses. No idea why, but I just do

people meme a lot about "perfectworld servers" but i'm pretty sure the viewing problem for tournies is because of the great firewall / chinese ISPs and the company that runs the game servers can't do anything about it

anyways is the tie-breaker loser final going to be played ? I think its a waste of time just use head to head on that match ? the result wont matter that much

to some people it only means funny captions on funny overused images
the original meaning is pretty general too https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meme

though come to speak of it, i think most of those issues have to do with on-venue ISPs being shitty (also not PW's fault unless they're in charge of all of the network shit)

I certainly agree that there's no way the players have the same lag as the caster's do, but there's gotta be some kind of X factor imo.

And it's not really unusual if it's a server issue i mean it's not even uncommon for NA or SEA server to go retard, i've also heard perfect world has their own random occurring issues as well.
Though i don't think the lag spikes are a big deal, not the first time we saw in a dota tournament.

idk server issues just dont happen often enough on us servers recently that i suspect it but i guess we don't read chinese forums so we dont know when pw is shitty
