Well, I'll certainly be looking forward to a EE blog or ppd vlog about wtf happened and why here.

it's probably just standard perfect world volvo server in action with those lags

You guys are making too big of a deal when the only Chinese team that is able to win this tournament is VG and even then I think they're going to lose.

when a meme

"eg playing on 300 ping"

is used in a non-ironic ironic fashion to refer to something that isn't true

"eg is playing on 300 ping" at a lan

using a meme to troll

it's probably just standard perfect world volvo server in action with those lags

i'm relatively certain that the lag we saw in teamfights and stuff was issues when the game data was crossing the great firewall of china / chinese ISPs, since all the english casters are off-site and trying to dotatv games from outside of china has alwyas had issues

people meme a lot about "perfectworld servers" but i'm pretty sure the viewing problem for tournies is because of the great firewall / chinese ISPs and the company that runs the game servers can't do anything about it

this is too hard to understand lol

anyways
is the tie-breaker loser final going to be played ?
I think its a waste of time
just use head to head on that match ?
the result wont matter that much

it means a lot of things to people now, just like the word troll too

to some people it only means funny captions on funny overused images

the original meaning is pretty general too https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meme

yea i was referring to jsut the viewing issues, i know there were real issues too and pauses

though come to speak of it, i think most of those issues have to do with on-venue ISPs being shitty (also not PW's fault unless they're in charge of all of the network shit)

I certainly agree that there's no way the players have the same lag as the caster's do, but there's gotta be some kind of X factor imo.

Idk i don't think that was just spectators problem there was that game from coL vs Secret where they had to pause mid fight cause everybody was just lagging.

And it's not really unusual if it's a server issue i mean it's not even uncommon for NA or SEA server to go retard, i've also heard perfect world has their own random occurring issues as well.

Though i don't think the lag spikes are a big deal, not the first time we saw in a dota tournament.
