Nah, Na'Vi's movements are pretty damn good. They're actually at a major risk this game. Chrono+Invoker will wipe their lineup at every stage of the game, so Na'Vi's path to victory is getting Vega out of position and taking advantage of it. They're doing that pretty well. The style of gameplay they're using is extremely strategically challenging, and I'm really enjoying my chance of watching it.

Like, did you see the timing on that T3 push? Exorcism came off cooldown the very second Dendi got in range of the tower, and about ten seconds after they killed it and disengaged, Aegis expired. That was so damn tight I can't believe it, and this is what Na'Vi have been doing all game.

General's pickoffs are fun to watch, but feels like he'd get punished heavily by a more coordinated team for stuff like this;;

Interesting Dendi isn't getting octarine. If I remember right, he doesn't like DP, think that was mentioned during TI4. So maybe he's still using his Dendi built from TI4.

You're definitely right. I don't think he's quite good enough to make this work right now, and I don't think Na'Vi on a whole are strong enough to be able to do this to any of the teams above Vega, but I think it's great that they're practicing a style that seems to really suit them.

100% a good play by Na'Vi. They forced buybacks and took rax. It was messy and required sacrifice, but they minimized their sacrifice and recognized when they had to let heroes drop. It was overall superbly disciplined play.

Very well played by Na'Vi. I really want to see more games like this out of them, and I want them to hone their skills both individually and as a team so that they can start doing this against higher-level teams.

I like this draft. There's a lot of what I guess I want to term "fields of control." Like, Invoker lays down his spells, and that stops people from going into or through an area, and then Tiny does the same, and there's another barrier, and Void lays down Chrono, and there's another, and then WW can do the same... and all the while, Enchantress is in the back dealing damage. It just feels like they're gonna be able to do a great job of keeping the majority of Mama's Boys exactly where they want them to be, and like any kind of constrained terrain will favor Na'Vi overwhelmingly.
