Global Silence only decides fights if the opposing team has enough lockdown AND damage. CDEC needs so many items before they reach that stage, and they will still need to deal with Ember. | ||

It's not really just about that but 2 of OG cores are heavily reliant on spells ember may need to build manta or bkb in which isn't really desirable as ember and meepo has no way of doing shit during teamfights if Silencer knows when to press the ultimate | ||
