seems totally reasonable to me, lets him manfight tiny and steal all the mana to defend his teammates
manta first grants faster farming, some protection, and some pretty excellent damage potential
waiting on abyssal is reasonable, as you aren't really bashing anyone but tiny and you're not gonna hit tiny without bkb

butterfly after manta also used to be a popular item, but recently other heroes have been able to farm nearly as fast as am and can build mkb at a reasonable time so bfly has just fallen off the map

After watching some games the draft is so bad that they cant compete with Secret. I think the counter to w33 meepo and misery brood is pick timbersaw. its a good pick against a lot of the meta picks like alchemist, doom etc str hero. doom has to waste ult on your offlaner instead of your carry.

bkb after manta is standard, so is heart, so butterfly, so is basher. it depends on what ur up against but all of those builds are standard. if there was anything non standard about sylar's build is that he skipped vlads, but even vlads became standard only about a year ago, before that everyone went bfury manta. god damn am such a standard hero.
