So refreshing to have a tournament not at 2am. Remember when there were Chinese leagues with games all the time...
Pretty hype! Hoping to see some interesting picks from Secret in the groups.
Predicting:
Group A - VG Liquid CDEC VP Mineski
Group B - Secret EHOME Fnatic LGD DC

VG is still untested, and thus has the greatest potential.
The current favorites based on known performance is obviously secret.

Group A: VG, CDEC, VP, Mineski, Liquid
Group B: Secret, LGD, Ehome, DC, Fnatic
VG probably wins the whole thing, Secret might even get 3rd depending on how CDEC does.

Current Ehome squad has lost one series so far (only to come back from the LB and win that qualifier anyway). They're also 2-0 vs VG. Ignoring them would be a serious mistake, though it's hard to judge how the scenes will stack up vs each other. My feeling is VG, Ehome, CDEC and maybe even LGD will edge out Secret this tournament, but then again I'm also a disgusting Chinese fanboy.

I just checked the ticket prices and they are extremely steep + most of the games are during the working week, I hope it doesn't become a repeat of MLG ;_;

Won't be surprised if this tourny has delays like many other tounries. SEA server is giving me tons of internet issues these days even when I have a SG ISP.
Maybe I should hope for it to become a scapegoat for Valve to finally pay attention to our dumb shit server. Quality of players is already demoralizing enough
