yea chinese captains are generally the ones to pick ember first and start the trend..almost all the ember picks at TI5 came after maybe butchered cloud9 in that comeback match..
generally,west has always been hesitant on picking ember due to his weak early game..but whatever they have out of it now only pasha ember seems to be best to me..yea,EE's ember is decent. matumbaman failed to tell me how people hyped him to be the best ember player from the west

Chinese Embers had like 80% winrate at TI5, western ones like 20%. China having most of the top embers really isn't up for debate and it has nothing to do with which scene is superior as a whole.

I can name at least 5 games that I know a Chinese player won the game because he played out of his mind on that hero AND the game was won because of HIM but not even one game comes to mind for a player like what Sumail or Pasha or Matumbaman or Singsing or whoever people think plays that hero well!

You know that the international is not the only tournament, right ? Yeah it's the most prestigious but it's not exactly the only tournament that should be the basis cause you know it's still 1 tournament.
And besides the chinese pretty much won like most matches against the westerns that tournament.
