why teams and tournaments continued to use skype was absolutely beyond me. they were asking for problems :| but i think the biggest facepalm ddos moment and award of most stupid ddos victim goes to notail, who even after ddos was a huge issue and made a lot of tournaments unplayable never did anything to protect himself until he got ddosed himself. some pros are just stupid. | ||

I mean, even i found out about this shit like around the time this DDoS bs started popping out because someone was stupid enough to actually post that you can find out last used IP of any Skype user on LOR (though it was fairly common knowledge by that time)... and surprise, quite a few people (almost everyone in the thread) were pretty surprised as well even though on average their IT education level would be higher than about anyone on Navi. | ||
