No, against a good enough clock player Phoenix will get mana burned constantly by the cogs and without mana for fire spirits you actually can't do anything to clock as he just walks up with battery assault on and hits you. If you don't get all of your mana burned by level 3 you have a chance, but you need to kill him. | ||
