EG is a team that doesn't believe in supports.

seriously soon this will look like Lol and Starcraft .. only koreans ruling and the competition around the world is not even close. I love the global feeling that dota 2 gives. Please don't fuck this up. I don't wanna watch TI4 grand finals that will look like a chinese tournament finals. ROFL. This is like the chants of "need Brasil in the World Cup finals because it's in Brasil". Just no, I'm here for the best Dota, if I want to watch some regional shit there are tons of events to choose from. This is the World Cup, one event chosen to test all the styles. With double elimination the best prevail and the best is all I care about. Now please finish quick, VG, I need to go to work and repeat that shit tomorrow. Shitty Euro time ;( I also want the best. And can't do a shit about it if it's VG. I even thought newbee was gonna win. Good thing they are in the grand finals but please. I really love the global feeling of the scene. To be honest i really don't want dota 2 scene to become chinese>everyone. It will kill the thrill if ever a chinese faces a EU or NA or SEA team i don't want it to turn out. "Oh so chinese is facing a EU/NA/SEA time to do something else, they are gonna lose anyways." . If VG wins today. Then well deserved (i think newbee wins anyways). Why is it that you think this will happen? The dota2 scene has NEVER been anywhere near the sc2 and there is no sign that it would turn out that way. Stop being so narrowminded. TI2 was pretty bad fy AA!
But then TI3 happened.

Sylar has always been solid but he's been playing pretty amazingly this tourney. Sylar is the best 1 position player today outside of maybe Burning. burning hasn't impressed me at the main event wow gl with the fanboys flames RUN TO THE HILLS! I keep telling you to stop ratting in real life -_- You see I took points out of all fighting skills and put points into Acrobatics / Swim / Stealth And proceeded to jump off a cliff, and fall out of a tree you make 30 D20 rolls in a row and not fuck up! No...i'd just WALK THROUGH THE GROUP OF TREES
Also the map really didn't make that seem like an obvious thing you could do

Okay so I couldn't watch the first two days. Can someone explain to me how EG made it this far?

Those lineups stop being successful, VG's 'figured out' and ever since, they're considered firmly behind the top Chinese teams. Then TI4 comes about and they beat everyone with the same fucking lineups that gave them their first hurrah. Maybe it's Razor instead of DK/Bristle now, but seriously lol, who saw this coming.
My theory is RotK read my post and remembered they love dragon knight. I'll be taking full credit for their win.

Carry alch without a secondary support is so weird

Agreed. Dota 2 is very healthy since there are good teams in every region.
If one country becomes dominant, I think there will be a big loss of interest. It was the case in sc2 and many other games as far as I know.

Well the results say that we on that route. Look at the results 2 EU teams and 1 NA team on the top 8.

Nothing can combo with void at 6 so his chrono's not gonna be that useful for a while unless he catches a really stupid support alone, which VG probably won't do. Else EG needs too much farm on void/weaver. Seems meh.
