Remember, this is just the wildcards. I don't think there is any panel today.

I really thought that this year Valve would take the prelims seriously since they brought in all the casters there. I don't really see the point in doing it if they're not doing a full proper production, not this half-ass shit with a dodgy desk and streaming dotaTV audio (which they have known since TI1 is a bad idea).
Should have just let the studios cover it from their own places, as previously.
Agree!
I am still somewhat withholding judgement until I see the proper "multi-cast" with bruno tomorrow, but so far the production does not hold up for the much increased importance of the "hotel part" of the competition.

Who are the two non draskyll guys on the analyst desk?
And I don't want to be be negative after such a great game... but was this really the best analysis desk they could come up with?

Is it me or the guy next to sheever doesnt like girls in his games either?

Individual players, maybe not so much.
Current team...? TL was at, what, Monster Invitation?

Vp played like a bunch of trash, MVP played better yet not solid enough to kill the other wildcards.
Heen is a fokin amazing player, his share in wins are more than %40 imho.

It's ryuoborez (no clue how you spell that, NA player), and whatiship.

Wow didn't see this result coming. MVP winning against VP.
VP was in a very sad state. The team was simply not consistent with anything. Most notably though, they didn't draft well. They probably played with heroes and strategies they were somewhat comfortable with, but they knew what worked good in this patch and had time to prepare but couldnt adapt. MVP ain't winning the wildcard unless they win with clowny drafts. GL to them though. They did better than VP

CiS, depends on what shape they're in.

(I think it's fine anyways, not like real sports have amazing analyst desks anyways) Then switch to your stream of choice after draft starts.
I think Valve are spending all their time on the final 8 arena production (hopefully), but I really felt they could've made more of a first impression since it's so big this time.

I've never really seen an impressive mid be impressive in the laning phase, beyond dodging them ganks. This is why 1v1 fights in mid are silly. But fun for a bit of time filler.

Liquid will take the qualifier, no problem. After these performances, I'm feeling quite confident that the winner of CIS vs Liquid is the 16th team in TI4.
