Hao's seems a tad larger
Interesting stats.
Two points though:
1. Versatility refers to a player's capability to play many heroes - the fact that a player has not played a hero in the last X games does not mean he isn't capable.
2. Versatility also requires that the player can play those particular heroes WELL. I can play 50 heroes in 50 games, but if I suck at all of them, I'm not versatile. That being said, I have no idea how well Hao played those heroes. He may very well be the most versatile carry. I would, however, hazard that Hao was excellent in some and so-so in others.
In essence, the number of heroes a player has played in the past X games is one factor amongst many in determining versatility.

He didn't have that luxury at LGD lol.

I think the most important stat that BurNIng and Hao share between them is 2-2. In 2014 BurNIng won WPC and G-League vs. Hao's team and Hao won ECL and MarsTV vs. BurNIng's team. I prefer BurNIng's record personally.
edit - wait Newbee didn't win MarsTV vs. DK so my comparison makes less sense. I guess if we compare MarsTV we also have to compare Fengyun and SL9 quals too.

For me versatility doesn't mean numbers, it means how you build the draft for your team.
As good as icex3 played Doom, Brew (yeah that especially lol), WR, Bounty, DS and Bristle they are not his signature heroes by any stretch and were mostly given him on a fly. Also he isn't technically a Chinese player

icex3 never playing Mirana?

@Omigawa, don't worry nobody is claiming Newbee > DK. It's meaningless before TI4 anyway.

Ah jeez C9 can't even line up straight today.

EE has always had something like this either a box for monitor or a pillow for his butt.

Being able to not draft only your signature heroes is surely a sign of versatility lol? Anyway small sample numbers are pretty worthless, even if you only play 5 heroes a whole patch that can have its own benefits, as long as you can play heroes well to suit the way the game is played at the time it's all good.
and just to be a pain
YYF's last 25: clock, furion x4, pugna x4, slark x2, axe x2, lifestealer x4, dark seer x3, viper, pudge, bat x2, Puck
Rotks last 25: clock x2, doom x8, furion x4, beastmaster, timbersaw, Elder Titan, Invoker, Dark Seer, Nyx x3, Tinker, Wraith King, Bat,
=p

now back to the games

@Asha': YYF and rOtk are hit-or-miss though. icex3, except that single nigtmarish panda game, always plays at least at decent level.
>Being able to not draft only your signature heroes is surely a sign of versatility lol? It works both ways, yeah.
