Teams have tried in the past (Navi and EG come to mind), not even that long ago, it just doesn't normally go very well for them.

The thing is, Qpad played Kunkka + Void both games they won, so now teams are going to try to ban that vs. them. Second game didn't work for Qpad when they didn't have that combo. They have to increase their versatility, but so far a win vs. Empire is not bad at all given that even now Empire is a top EU / NA team.

Well SingSing has probably played Kunkka in Dota 2 more than anyone when in Mouz.

The game 2 draft was more a complete trainwreck than kunkka + void being unstoppable lol. They gave up kotl, nyx and wisp/CK for bat (when they don't have an amazing bat player) and an okay push/diving 5man (against kotl).
Pretty sure that draft would still be ass even if they had kunkka + void and bat vs those 4 first-pick heroes (/combo) they gave up

It was actually mainly old Mouz who tried in the past and it did well in some games but bad in others and then sort of died off because it always begs the question, why would you pick a kunkka over something like a bounty, brew, antimage/etc...
